Eucharistic adoration is one of the most precious treasures of the life of the Church.  It consists in looking at Christ but above all in letting oneself be looked at by him, letting oneself be him.  It is anything but a comfortable tete-a-tete between Jesus and me.  It is to be silent in oneself so that the word of God makes its work, may it model me, transform me.  The purpose of Eucharistic adoration, like any spiritual exercise, is to send us on a mission.

 

In our pastoral unit, only one community offers Eucharistic adoration, namely the Christian community of St-Honoré.  This takes place every Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the sacristy.
